Topics
1. Denver meeting summary
Dave and Dan received comments from Terry O'Clair, Brock LeBaron, and Chuck Machovec. Those comments have been incorporated into the draft. During the conference call, several additional changes were suggested, and have since been incorporated into the draft. The revised summary is now posted on the website.
2. Briefing paper.
The group agreed that the "Next Steps" accurately reflects what we agreed to in Denver. Several comments and suggestions for revisions to the briefing paper were discussed. Mary subsequently provided written suggestions. The document has been updated to reflect comments received during the conference call.
Brock agreed to provide some language to lead into the discussion under B. Increment Tracking Issues regarding confusion as to what is really meant by "increment tracking". Dave will circulate Brock's comments for the workgroup to consider.
Bill agreed to offer language to clarify the third paragraph under Background.
Action Items
1. Dan and Dave to update Denver meeting summary based on comments. (done)
2. Dan and Dave to update/revise briefing paper based on comments, to incorporate additional comments from Bill and Brock.
3. Bill and Brock to provide comments on the briefing paper to Dan and Dave.
4. Dave to schedule a short conference call with Bill to discuss outcome of Bill's meeting with Jeff Holmstead.
